Cancellation and refund policy
You can leave any time, and you take your domain and your website with you.
The short version
- None. Month to month.
- 30 days. If you are not happy, you get your money back.
- Cancel any time by email, a phone call, or a link in your billing emails.
- You keep your domain and your website. No exit fee.
How to cancel
Email us "cancel," or use the link in any billing email to manage your plan yourself. You do not have to explain why, though we are glad to hear it.
Your plan stops at the end of the month you already paid for. We do not charge you again after that.
The 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy in your first 30 days, ask for your money back within 30 days of your first payment. We refund everything you paid us, with no questions and no forms.
You keep your domain name even if you get a refund.
After the first 30 days, we do not give partial refunds for a month already started. Your plan simply ends when that month does.

Your domain name
You are listed as the owner of your domain from day one.
Moving it is free, any time you ask, for any reason.
New domains cannot be moved for the first 60 days. That is an industry rule, not ours. After that it takes a few days.
Domain renewal is about $11 a year. It is included in your monthly price. If you ever leave, that is the only cost you take over. Some domain companies charge a little more.
Your website files
We send you your current site as a folder of plain files. They work on any web host, with nothing tied to us. We include simple steps for putting them up somewhere else.
Phone and text features
These are not offered yet. When they are: your phone number was always yours, so nothing changes on your trucks, cards, or signs. When you cancel, text-back and review texts stop, and we send you the short code to dial so your phone stops forwarding missed calls to us.
Your Google business listing
This is not offered yet. When it is: you stay the owner of your listing. When you cancel, we remove ourselves as a manager, and you can also remove us yourself any time in your Google settings.
If we ever close
If we ever stop running this business, every client gets at least 60 days notice, their domain, and their site files, the same as if they canceled. No fees.
